Deliveries

Once the purchase is made the item will be sent within 2 working days by my nominated courier.

Returns & Refunds

All items are checked before they are sent to the customer, in the unlikely event that the item arrives faulty:

You have 14 Calendar days to return an item from the date you receive it.

If your item is faulty, I will send you the customer return shipping paperwork and arrange collection by my nominated courier, this service will be paid for by Love of Lighters.

Upon receipt and inspection of the item providing it is in the same condition as when it was sent, I will issue a full refund to your original method of payment, you will be notified when this process is complete. Please note this can take several days depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Changing Your Mind

If you change your mind and decide you do not want the item; you, the buyer, will be responsible for cost of the return, I will arrange for my nominated courier to collect the item. Upon receipt and inspection of the item, providing that it is in the same condition as when it was sent, I will deduct the shipping charges and issue a refund to your original method of payment, you will be notified when this process is complete. Please note this can take several days depending on your card issuer’s policies.
